History of Pine Grove Homes

Pine Grove Homes is a family owned company spanning 3 generations. Rich Newman started the company with a small mobile home park and camper sales just south of the tip of East Bay in Traverse City near the State Park. Just home from World War II, Rich worked very hard to build his business and raise his family. Rich had one basic business philosophy in mind, “Treat people fairly and with the highest respect and folks will spread the word”. Now, 65 years later, we still operate with in the same fashion.

Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.

We have full time staff to accommodate all your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.
